IEBS product line is truly a Zero Net Energy building meaning that the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is roughly equal to the amount of renewable energy created on the site.

Net Zero Energy : reduces energy costs to zero for most climate zones. These buildings can be “off the grid” because they use 90% less energy than conventional buildings. The remaining 10% energy need can be provided by solar panels to power the LED lights and eight interior outlets. There is also a 3 day back up storage battery.
The temperature inside remains constant regardless of outside extremes. No air conditioner or heating unit is needed for 90% of world market.
Environmentally friendly construction process: no unsafe or toxic materials are involved in the manufacturing process. Carbon emissions are reduced by 85% as compared to standard construction. There is no onsite construction waste and the structures are 100% cradle to grave recyclable.
