Energy Efficiency Comparison

Our sustainable energy solution attacks the net-zero-energy goal from multiple fronts.  Of course, solar panels and other renewable energy systems will help provide electrical power for lighting, heating and cooling.  But, energy consumption needed to provide ideal indoor temperatures will be dramatically reduced by a super insulated exterior who’s components are two to four times more efficient than standard construction.

Typical gas heating and AC cooling systems will be integrated with or even replaced by super efficient energy recovery ventilators. In cold climates, ERV systems use the energy of the warm air leaving the building to heat outside air entering the interiors. In high temperature regions, colder air venting to the outside is used to cool hot air entering the building.
